Jessica is a California Board Certified Acupuncturist. She received her Master's in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Five Branches University in San Jose, California in 2012. There she completed more than 3,200 hours in Eastern and Western medical training. Jessical loves learning about Chinese herbs and was chosen to manage the herb room for the University clinic. Jessica also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Hawaii.
Jessica is an avid learner. She is committed to continuous learning to enrich her knowledge and skills. In addition to her training at Five Branches University, jessica apprenticed with specialists in internal medicine, pain management, and infertility. She spent a summer semester at Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China. There she observed renowned Chinese doctors treating patients at Integrated hospitals in the area. Jessica also pursures advanced training in pain management, infertility, digestive issues, and woman's health issues from masters such as David Euler, Kiko Matsumoto, Richard Tan, and Jan Lytton.
Jessica comes from a family with a long tradition of healing from China to Vietnam to The United States. Although her brother and sister became medical doctors, Jessica is happy she found her calling as a holistic practitioner, herbalist and acupuncturist. She enjoys taking time listening to her patients and assessing the roots of their ailments. Jessica then proactively puts together treatment plans which may include acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, vitamins, and dietary recommendations. Jessica believes in empowering her patients to take charge of their own health so they could achieve a healthier and functional life.
Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and her two Shih Tzu puppies. She loves nature and spends much of her free time going to the beach, hiking, and swimming.
